Prayer partners are asked to pray for SDBs in Southern Malawi. They are being affected by Severe flooding. We got word that our Brethren in the Lower Shire valley, Southern Malawi are being affected by floods. The BBC News report that more than 170 people have been killed and 200,000 displaced by torrential rain and flooding in Malawi. Large areas in the south are underwater and the continuing rain is making rescue operations difficult (https://www.bbc.com/news/world-africa-30874965).
Prayer partners are asked to join the Brazilian SDB Conference in prayer for our brethren and their neighbors in southern Brazil. Pastor Jonas Sommers of the Brazilian SDB Conference, writes: “…….We are suffering with a flooding here in Porto União. Last weekend rained 3 times more than it was expected for the whole month. There some SDB familys homeless because the flooding. There are no access to Curitiba because some bridges were carried away by the strong current of water and there were landslides on highways. As a result there are many gas stations without gas and there is no cleaning products and some food in many supermarkets.…”
